I currently offer in-person therapy in Breckenridge, CO and virtual therapy via telehealth across the state of Colorado.

Hi, I’m Khristian (she/her).

I’m really glad you’re here.

Since 2017, Summit County has been home. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 17 years in public education. I was a teacher, a leader, and for eight years, a principal. I loved my work. And yet, there was a quiet knowing that something else was calling me forward.

In 2021, I chose to listen.

I returned to school at Naropa University and earned my degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling — an experience that deepened not only my clinical training, but my own inner work. My path into therapy was not a departure from leadership, but an evolution of it. I continue to be drawn to holding space for growth, transformation, and the courage it takes to become more fully oneself.

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, substance misuse, life transitions, injury, chronic pain, sexuality, and gender identity. I am especially attuned to the parts of us that feel hidden, protective, or unsure if they are welcome.

My approach is relational, embodied, and grounded in mindful awareness. I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be honest — and when we are met with steadiness, curiosity, and compassion.
